Alan McGuirk, Founder & Director of VEMS LTD has managed at the highest level for 25 years. He has held positions as Operations Director, Group Area Manager and General Manager in Theatres, Live Music Venues and the Irish Pub Phenomenon and in Late Night Venues in particular he has excelled to distinction within the industry. His tenures at the Helm of The Wright Venue Swords and Time Bar + Venue Naas included awards from World Club of the year, Redbull Top 30 Clubs and Licensing World Awards including several Irish Club of the Year Awards. Working in Australia, Netherlands and both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Alan has launched many new start ups and relaunched numerous successful ventures to date. Positions held to date include some of Irelands largest accounts. He has contributed to The Irish Nightclubs Association and Chamber of Commerce.
