Santa's House Express is an experiential event, located at the beautiful 5* Palmerstown House Estate. Launched in 2014, the event has grown from strength to strength each year, welcoming over 60,000 guests in the lead up to Christmas annually.
The event can be described as an immersive theatrical experience for the whole family to enjoy. Our guests come along to celebrate all things festive, while creating precious memories to last a lifetime!
CORPORATE GROUPS
Every year we welcome 1000's of guests from companies all over Ireland for their Family Christmas Day out. We liaise with event teams, sports and social clubs and various organising committees to plan an exclusive visit to Santa's House Express for groups of 100+ offering corporate discounts and banqueting options available to go along with the visit.
We have a purpose build corporate booking system to make the process as simple and hassle-free for the organiser and attending employees, with a dedicated helpline should you need anything. We are here to help every step of the way. Please note large corporate groups begin to book very early in the year, so to secure your preferred date and time we recommend getting in touch early.

EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW
The magic begins the moment you drive through the gates of the 400 acre estate that is home to Palmerstown House, a 16th century Manor. Each year we have new attractions, themes, performers and entertainment along with the old favourites to thrill old friends and new!
Check-in and receive your Boarding pass for Ireland’s Premier Christmas Santa Train the and let your festive journey begin. Depart on Santa’s Polar Express Train through the beautiful grounds of until you reach the manor. Jump off the Santa train at Santa’s magnificent Manor Home and enter into the stunning, glistening hallway..
In Santa’s house you will be invited to step inside the all-new themed rooms, and meet some new characters before visiting Mrs Claus in her sitting room where she will tell you all the stories about looking after the main man himself. Venture up the magnificent staircase and visit Santa in his reading room. Santa will greet & spend some time with you all & of course have a special present for all the boys and girls who were very good throughout the year!! Don’t forget to bring your letter!
A warm festive welcome awaits you back at our Guest House. Festive treats, lunch and dinner will be on offer if you wish to avail pre or post experience. Say goodbye for now to Santa’s helpers in the village, and don’t forget to visit the stables where you will meet the Reindeer, our resident Turkey and their friends! Make sure to take a stroll through our Enchanted Fairy Forest, you might catch a glimpse of Twinkle! Our festival funfair can be enjoyed by all ages with unlimited use on our rides to all our Santa’s House Express Members (which you can join upon booking).
AUTISM FRIENDLY VISITS
We offer special times highlighted in blue on the booking calendar as 'autism-friendly times'. Reduced numbers and other amendments to the experience are made to make the visit more comfortable. Please get in touch with us directly if there are any specific special needs or requests and we will do our best to accommodate all.

DRIVE-THRU CHRISTMAS 2020 & 2021
In 2020 & 2021 Santa's House Express was transformed to become a fully covid safe event. The original experience was re-imagined into a drive-thru version where guests could drive through the illuminated grounds of Palmerstown House and see the immersive projections before visiting Santa in his grotto.
DRIVE-THRU CHRISTMAS is a magical drive-thru experience visiting the elves in Elf Town, followed by a visit to the awe-inspiring Twinkle Avenue and The Enchanted Forest, before the main event - meeting Santa in his Grotto - the big man himself will have a gift for each child and time to chat with the family. Next up - park up the car and enjoy the fun and thrills at our inclusive, unlimited funfair in the North Pole village. Guests also have the option here to purchase some hot food and festive treats, and an option to get a professional photo gift of their family on Santa’s Sleigh.
