We specialise in developing event, venue and festival brands and creating new opportunities for businesses and organisations. We deliver bespoke private and public events to Corporate Clients, Local Government and major Sporting Organisations to typical audiences of 300 to 40,000. We are currently working with some of the leading multiple operators providing mentoring to management, solutions to key issues including revenue growth, systems, control and developing effective business strategies.
Safari Quest is a unique self-drive experience for families to enjoy in the comfort of their own car. A journey through fantastical worlds of weird & wonderful creatures spread over 1100 acres. “Let’s see if you can unravel the mysteries and return as heroes!“. We decided in April 2020 not to wait around for everything to return to 'normal’. We preferred to develop Covid-Proof family event concepts with our partners. We are truly proud of this one!
Santa's House Express is a premium Santa Experience based at the 5* Palmerstown House Estate. Launched in 2014, we welcome over 40,000 guests annually to enjoy an authentic, magical Christmas experience. This is an example of how our team can create a unique sustainable annual event to contribute to the local economy as well as bring benefits to the host venue.
‘Wonderlights' is a new, innovative event launched in 2019, welcoming 30,000 guests during its first year. Guests can enjoy an enchanting night walk experience by festival light highlighting various themes across stunning venues such as 'Ireland by night' at Palmerstown House Estate, and ‘Castle of Light‘ at Malahide Castle & Bunratty Castle. Guests can complete this accessible 2km outdoor experience with family and friends of all ages. Wonderlights will be rolled out across venues nationwide this Winter.
VEMS also provides Food & Beverage Management services and is the licensee to well-known summer festivals such as 'Electric Picnic', 'Forever Young' and 'Kaleidoscope'. That equates to catering for circa 200,000 guests in 8 days.
Other services include Fundraising through unique events such as 'The Broadway Challenge', 'Strictly Come Dancing', 'Lip Sync Battle' and many more. VEMS has worked with 100’s of Charities, Schools and Sports clubs over the past 8 years raising much needed funds for clients such as the IRFU, Kildare GAA, Naas RFC.
We offer a range of oversized props suitable to rent for festivals, events and retail environments.
Also available to hire is the 'Cyclone' game cube - a state of the art, highly unique promotional tool providing ideal entertainment for the likes of product launches, brand activations, corporate fun days and more.

Alan McGuirk has 30 years Senior Management experience in Venues, Events and Festival organization & management.
Before Alan launched VEMS in 2014, he held positions as Operations Director, Group Area Manager and General Manager in Theatres, Live Music Venues, The Irish Pub Phenomenon and Late Night Venues, in which he particularly excelled to distinction.
Alan has launched many new start ups and relaunched numerous successful ventures to date. He has provided consultancy and mentoring services to many operators across Ireland in all aspects of the hospitality sector. He has contributed to The Irish Nightclubs Association and Chamber of Commerce.
Jessica Fagan has been working with VEMS from the beginning in 2014 and is now the Marketing Director.
Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Innovation and Technology, Jessica has over 10 years experience working in the hospitality and events industry in Dublin and Vancouver.
Jessica looks after the marketing and sales for each project and event, including websites, custom made booking and ticketing systems, social media and advertising.
